In the AU people have powers that manifest around the ages of 14 through 17. The later it manifests the more powerful it is. Or when they manifest the power at a very early age such as 10-13 or a very late age such as 18-20. Both to be proven very powerful. Even rarer some don't manifest powers. 97% of the entire human population has powers and leads a normal life. Hybrids or people with one or more powers were executed and were claimed that they were flaws in society. Today is the 56th anniversary of the last hybrids to be executed. But the hybrids were still alive.
