It's been over seven months since Sam Witwicky had been taken by the Decepticons. The hive has been kicked and NEST and the Autobots are out for blood, ready to do whatever it takes to bring their young prime back home.
On their search, the Autobots investigate an unknown Energon source. Location: Mount Weather. What they discover within the underground bunker yields a foreboding future in their alliance to humanity.

That's when Erin comes in, using her key to save them and preventing more losses and more grief amongst the autobots. When she uses her key, however, it unlocks a door, allowing a foe to enter their world. This foe, however, is not their usual common enemy. This foe has history going deep and deep, all the way back to the Primes. They are here to wreck chaos upon the world. To use humanity as slavery. Bee can be a handful due to his obnoxious personality, his childish behavior, his procrastination, and much more. However, things take a turn for the worse as his team grows tired of his antics, resulting in an argument that could've led to better or worse. Then during the attempt to stop The Space Bridge, in the midst of the battle, Bumblebee gets kidnapped and taken. For Stellar Cycles, Bumblebee goes through the worst. Being a prisoner, training to fight & kill, forced to move on from all he once knew and had, do as he's told, & become a Con. Optimus Prime finds Sentinel on the moon and brings him back to earth believing that resurrecting the ancient Transformer Sentinel Prime once leader of the Autobots, may lead to victory. That decision, however, has consequences. After Sentinel went on a rampage against N.E.S.T stealing back his five pillars the government orders the Autobot's to leave earth leaving everyone torn. With Lisa trying to keep her relationship together the world begins to fall part and a new war rises. As the war out breaks the war appears to tip in favor of the Decepticons, leading to a climactic battle in Chicago.
