Izuku Midoriya is born with a different quirk, not something he's sure he was supposed to have but here it was anyway. The AU where Izuku is born with Nine's Quirk, though he does not know the full potential of his own Quirk, rather than using it for villainy he uses it to improve the world.

You see, the rest of the population didn't have powers at all, as these 20% of people were, what people call: Quirkless. And Izuku was one of them. As such, Izuku shall rise to fame and power as the Hero of Reliance: Atlas. Izuku gets an improved version of AFO after he learns that he's the son of AFO at the age of 10. He was announced quirkless at the age of 4 and since then his step-father and mother neglect him. Additionally, his older sister and her group of friends: Katsuki and Katsumi Bakugou, and Shoto and Shoka Todoroki, all bully him with their quirks and scar his entire body. So he runs away to America to train for 6 years and become as strong as possible. After he returns to Japan, he attends UA to accomplish his dream of becoming a hero. While there, he makes many friends and learns many things, and he becomes as strong as possible to stop his father and to save his loved ones.مكتمِلة
