Izuku Midoriya is born with a different quirk, not something he's sure he was supposed to have but here it was anyway. The AU where Izuku is born with Nine's Quirk, though he does not know the full potential of his own Quirk, rather than using it for villainy he uses it to improve the world.

Years later, Izuku came back and got accepted to UA as he was reunited with his past and family. After their first year ended the Avengers asked them to come to be trained by them. Every time he thought of becoming a hero he would see all those bad memories, -Him being bullied -Him getting abuse -Teachers just stand by watching not bother to move a finger to help.
