hi everyone! this is basically going to be my shifting diary and I will be filling it out every night that I attempt to shift realities! I will be explaining different methods, my experience, and what it feels like to shift (if i am able to shift at some point)!
side note: i have anaphstasia so most methods won't involve much visualising <3
