After defeating Mr. Smoke in the first cartoon all stars to the rescue, Michael, Corey, and the original cartoon characters found out that Mr. Smoke has returned and it's up to them to stop Mr. Smoke once again with help from Scooby doo, the care bears, the care bear cousins, the popples, the fluppy dogs, Tom and Jerry, and the littlest pet shop, Heathcliff, snoopy, ash, misty, brock, and pikachu.
