there were two different kingdoms of merpeople, mermaids, and Mermen but like it or not there were two kingdoms on opposite sides of the ocean a bit. There was two kingdoms that didn't get along as well as the others did they were designed differently some called them demon mermaids and others more different so when Serenity gets lost and she is rescued by none other than one of her opposite types of merman she's supposed to be afraid of, but she is not scared of him, in fact, in fact she found his appearance and him being different amazing, so the two different Souls met by chance or perhaps it was fate, but like it or not they began to fall in love even though they knew it was forbidden to see each other, they were rivals their kingdoms, but yet they kept sneaking out of Their Kingdoms to meet with each other what will become of this Forbidden Love. Those who were taken... They never came back, dragged beneath the waves never to return. Their haunting screams were a symbol of their horrific deaths. Like shadows they lay in wait, the deep blue waters hiding them from view. With sharp claws they attack, Pointed fangs tearing into skin, Eager mouths devouring human flesh. Cally was taken, dragged under the water by one of the vicious creatures. But she was not devoured nor torn apart by ruthless claws--no. She was a captive. ~•~ Water instantly invades her senses.
