Under The Sea.
there were two different kingdoms of merpeople, mermaids, and Mermen but like it or not there were two kingdoms on opposite sides of the ocean a bit. There was two kingdoms that didn't get along as well as the others did they were designed differently some called them demon mermaids and others more different so when Serenity gets lost and she is rescued by none other than one of her opposite types of merman she's supposed to be afraid of, but she is not scared of him, in fact, in fact she found his appearance and him being different amazing, so the two different Souls met by chance or perhaps it was fate, but like it or not they began to fall in love even though they knew it was forbidden to see each other, they were rivals their kingdoms, but yet they kept sneaking out of Their Kingdoms to meet with each other what will become of this Forbidden Love. Enjoy.
Captive of the Sea
Those who were taken... They never came back, dragged beneath the waves never to return. Their haunting screams were a symbol of their horrific deaths. Like shadows they lay in wait, the deep blue waters hiding them from view. With sharp claws they attack, Pointed fangs tearing into skin, Eager mouths devouring human flesh. Cally was taken, dragged under the water by one of the vicious creatures. But she was not devoured nor torn apart by ruthless claws--no. She was a captive. ~•~ Water instantly invades her senses. Her eyes sting, her lungs and nose burning. She thrashes, kicks, claws--anything to get away. Her efforts go to waste as her body slowly starts to shut down, the air in her lungs quickly being replaced by sea water. Cally is vaguely aware of arms wrapping around her waist and behind her head before she loses consciousness, submerged in darkness. And so she is taken. Choices Affect Everyone COMPLETE
Tension between mermaids and humans had always been high, especially after the queen of the mermaids had been killed by humans, regardless that it was an accident. So many years later when Princess Muriel becomes curious about humans, she keeps it to herself. Muriel lives in a castle with her father, sisters, and best friend, Percy. Some of her sisters blame her for their mother's death so Muriel avoids them when at all possible. She gains an interest in humans and trails after their ships. For humans, mermaids are bad luck so she knows that they won't attempt to harm her. The first time Prince Philip steps foot on a fishing boat he witnesses the crew catch a mermaid. Although terrified, he moves forward to help untangle her as no one else is moving. He prays that she'll forgive him. Worry forms when she takes a lock of his hair. Was that a way of marking him? Regardless, he doesn't fight, not wanting to make it worse. Worry increases when she's spotted again. Muriel begins to develop a crush on Prince Philip after he frees her from the net. When her sister's displeasure with her grows worse, Muriel seeks to avoid it. In a desperate attempt to do so she finds herself cave of the sea witch Minerva. Philip's kindness remains prominent in her mind when Minerva offers her a choice to be a human. Hesitantly she agrees, unaware of how different the human world from hers. Philip's bodyguard begins to catch on that Muriel is different and Percy and the king quickly become desperate to find her. My own version of "The Little Mermaid" by Hans Christian Andersen. Used to be called, "Mermaid Wish." (Magic in this world works differently than in my series, 'Tèarmann Chronicles')Complete
