She is hoping moving to Colorado will give her a chance to be her own person, and recreate herself. Find real unconditional love.

Stella's POV
Stella, darling, you need to find you a rich man. Don't bother with school too much. Thanks to me. Your looks are enough to find someone to take care of you." Mother came up behind me, while I sat at my vanity applying my fake lashes.
"Oh mother, will you ever stop? I don't need a man to take care of me." I looked at her through the mirror. She was looking me over, judging me.
"Have you been doing your face excersize? That chin is hanging a bit low today. No more salt." She tugged on one of my curls. I rolled my eyes at her. she never let me just breath without correcting me.
"I'm leaving tomorrow. Can you not criticize me everytime you look in my direction? It's our last night, ma." I got up walking around my now bare room. It gave me a sense of hope to see everything gone, that I can be my own person once I get to Colorado. Nothing and no one will be there to stop me, especially mother.

Rosa felt an unexpected tug towards him, but she brushed it off like a pesky mosquito but for some reason when she did her heart hurt and keep trying to tug towards him But oh no, fate had other plans for our poor Rosa. As the days passed, she started noticing this same mysterious man lurking around her usual haunts. He seemed to be everywhere, like a creepy stalker who had taken a liking to her. He was there at every corner, every event she attended, and even outside her apartment building. His presence became an obsession that she couldn't ignore, sending shivers down her spine but just as he came he left in the darkness air. Poof! Gone! Just like that. But what the heck happens when Rosa suddenly woke up from a dream about him and found herself in the corner, face to face with him a hulking, muscular figure watching her like a hawk?

Our main character, Romero Porcupine, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself, after he had experienced a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in.
