Romance
Harlyn is your typical unnoticed, loner girl. She keeps her head down and hides in the shadows. Besides for her best friend, Ryan, she has no friends. She doesn't talk to anyone and no one talks to her. With her home life pretty much being non existent and her secret job that no one knows about, what does she do when a random, popular jock suddenly take an interest in her... Jax has it all. Money, girls, popularity. You name it, he has it. Except no one knows about what happens behind closed doors. When Jax is dared to go over to a random girl expecting to get her number, he's surprised when she leaves him with only witty remarks and nothing else. Jax is used to having girls fall at his feet for him. Hell, he can have any girl in his whole school. So why is it that the only girl on his mind is the sassy girl he met at a Wendy's? - - - "Her." Ace says while smirking. I look around the Wendy's trying to figure out who he's talking about. "You're gonna have to be more specific on that one, considering there's multiple girls here." I point out. "Okay smart ass, I'm talking about her." Ace says while pointing his finger at the cashier. "The cashier?" I question him. I mean, it's for tie-breaking points and that's who he chooses? This is gonna be easier than I thought. I can practically taste the victory on the tip of my tongue. "No dipshit, the girl ordering" I move my eyes from the perky looking cashier to the girl who's ordering her food. Shit. Maybe I won't be winning this bet after all. I start doubting myself once I examine the girl a little bit. Definitely not my type. I look at Ace, focusing on his expression. He has cocky written all over his face... he really thinks he's gonna win this. Guess I'll just have to prove him wrong. "Easy." I say while trying to come up with a plan on how I'm gonna get the strangers number.

"I hate you, more than anything," I gritted my teeth. "You sure about that?" He taunted with a smirk. He took a step forward, and I took a step back; it went back and forth until my back touched the wall. He moved so close to me that my breathing hitched. "Now why do you think that, Amore?" He murmured into my ear. As I was going to say something, he grabbed my face and smashed my lips against his. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Adrianna Jackson is 17 and pretty smart.
