The title is probably self-explanatory.

Just a collection of poems which I've written from my heart, well my fingers just typed it. It's about how much a heart can take and how much the heart can give. It's about how much you fall in love and fall out of Love. It's about how the heart copes with your life. It's about how the heart collects all it's broken pieces to mend them, while you mourn.
