My eyes flew open as my stomach dropped at this person's invasion of my personal space. I looked next to me with an annoyed and baffled expression, only for it to melt away and be replaced with an expression of awe.

His shrewd red eyes widened and his lips twisted into a smile. His red hair sprouted from his head like living flames nipping at the very air I was breathing. His tall, lanky yet muscled frame towered over me, and I felt my lips and cheeks warm.
