George hasn't had an easy life after being diagnosed with autism. Going to a public school as an autistic, highly intelligent boy, he clearly notices the differences between his classmates and himself, giving him a lot of insecurity and shame about his own behaviour. As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George. I'll Never Forget
George and Clay had known each other since they were incredibly young. Their friendship was indescribable, it was like they were tied together and would always find each other again. And that was true except now they were only like that by two small bracelets, one blue and one green. Clay's timetable had gotten more and more busy and he had less time for George eventually resulting to a null. A friendship that was once inseparable was now long gone, just memories of better times as Clay's life became hell. The days became repetitive, school, train, sleep. Every day was the same as the one before and the one after. Only George had to find a way to fix this, as he made a promise he would never forget. Destined To Meet
Clay had been closeted all his life and planned for it to remain that way. But, with having homophobic parents it was seemingly impossible to ever find the happiness he longed for. After being outed to the only people he now disliked the most, his parents react worse than expected and Clay falls into a pit of loneliness when he gets sent to conversion therapy to "turn him straight again". George had homophobic parents too and goes through the same. When times are at its worst somehow these two meet each other and now they are isolated from reality in the therapy school. After George and Clay got together, life went on. Unfortunately not everyone is happy with their relationship and they show this clearly. After a lot of bullying, trying to break their relationship and a lot of pain caused, George doesn't seem to be able to take it anymore. (I recommend reading the other first!) George and Clay had formed a close friendship since they met in a Minecraft server and knew they lived close to one another in real life. Yet little did George know, that the person he knew as Dream online was actually his bully in real life. After a rough time at school from all the bullying, Dream was always there to comfort him even though he was the one doing the damage. Clay was the one who was poisoning George with his words full of nothing but his own pain. There's a camp coming up and both of them are looking forward to it, until they find out who they are in a room with.
