Midoriya Izuku never said a thing about Bakugo Katsuki's bullying. It was growing inside him, and eventually, it exploded. Bakugo's attitude towards Midoriya changed, for the worst and maybe for the best. "I wanted to know and I wanted to feel, but that was not my decision to make.
