What if the hunters...become the hunted?

Sam and Dean Winchester have been hunting for years, from demons to ghosts to ghouls, you name it. Within the last year, they joined up with two other hunters: Jackie Wilson and Lily Lafitte, who is also a vampire who took a while for the boys to trust.
What they don't know..is that something is out there, lurking, waiting for the right time. It remains hidden from them, watching, anger in their eyes, with one goal in mind: to pick them off, one by one. They will do whatever it takes to bring them down once and for all.
Will the group be able to figure out who or what is out there? Or will they become one with death?
