Winds of the North (an Outlander fanfiction)

Ailith Johnson, 20 years old and having finished doing her first year of undergrad in Veterinarian medicine, but news about her great grandmother was in her last moments on Earth, Ali decided to take the semester off to tour Scotland with her cousins, to be there for the wake and funeral when the time came. They had just left the States when the attack on the World Trade Centers happened and the world went into panic mode. Her grandmother had passed and was buried on the 31st in the cemetery just outside of Inverness, but when she stayed to watch the Samhain ritual with the coven led by Mrs. Ginger Buchan, she soon finds that the stones of Craig na Dun are not what they seem.

November 1st, 1743

Where she wakes is a different question than when she woke up into. And learning she was thrown a couple of years before the Second Jacobite revolution, she is in more trouble than she first thought. Angered Captains, hunted Highlanders, a perfect storm brewing to lead to the Jacobite Revolution of 1745. Will she end in the losing side or thrown back home? Will she be called a witch or a healer? Some things are easier to be seen than others.
