Levi Starling is a 14 year old boy who was taken from his family because of his unusual abilities. His abilities allowed him to take control of a telekinetic force dubbed "vectors", he would always say that they looked like arms that protruded out of his back. After four months of discovering his new abilities, an unknown organization kidnapped him and took him to be experimented on, they also killed his entire family. His family's death was chalked up to be caused by one of the various monsters and killers that roam around the world. Levi spent six years under inhumane experimentation from the unknown organization, but what they didn't know is that soon enough, he was going to snap.

This story isn't a crossover with Elfen Lied (I haven't even seen the anime), but I always thought that the powers were cool so I wanted to make a character that used the powers. So don't expect stuff from Elfen Lied to appear cuz I don't even know what happens.
