Out of character moments? Hell yeah! Do I care? Hell no. Chalk it up to Headcanon and characters growing up.

I just love the concept of an alien living on earth in an attempt to take it over, all while finding out how cruel his so-called leaders are. Plus, FBI shit is fun-- Dib is 17, Gaz is 16, Zim is 162 (17 in human), Tak is 160 (15 in human), Youjiro (my OC) is 118 (18 human years( different species have different age differences)), and Gir is 7 years old. Bro is as old as the day Zim got to Earth LMAO. And YES! There will be lore for Dib as well! He's not gonna be forgotten or just seen as a side character! Book cover by me. I drew it.

After a rather rough breakup Zim leaves Earth vowing to never return, but when he succumbes to loneliness and the irken empire refuses to take him back he turns to the last place where he felt he might be able to belong. But after 13 long years Earth, along with the people Zim once knew, has changed and now Zim must live with the consequences. Blissful Ignorance
This will likely a short story but I think I will aim to get more detailed in descriptions of things. They say Ignorance is blissful but that isn't always true for those that have to deal with the issues that others are ignorant of. The others are ignorant of how impactful their words can be, that doesn't mean the other side of the story isn't unaffected though. UA was meant to be better. They were meant to be less ignorant of the world's problems since they are aiming to be heroes! So why does it hurt so much? The past always catches up to you even when you don't want it to. For years, I've been writing in silence, creating worlds, characters, and stories that lived only in the margins of my notebooks and tucked-away folders on my computer. Writing has always been my escape, something I've done for myself-a way to step out of reality for a moment and breathe through the lives of the people I've imagined. I've written and rewritten countless stories, always hesitant to share them, never quite confident enough to let anyone else peek into the depths of my mind.
