Mangled bodies have been turning up all over New York and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed with a knife, and still nobody has a clue who the scheming killer is. 

Ivy Parker is an attractive and average woman. 2 weeks passed with no murders and she doesn't know it yet but she is the only one who can stop the controlling killer.

During these two weeks her boyfriend, Will Miles, disappears, leaving Ivy fearing for his life and finding herself thrown into the centre of the investigation. Her only clue is a torn newspaper.

She enlists the help of her old psychiatrist Mr Dylan Wright.
