Adam and his children have moved into an old abandoned mansion. The reason why they moved, was because he wanted to give himself and his children a fresh start. The murder of his little sister Annabelle and the divorce of his ex-husband took a heavy toll on him. Adam started drinking and doing drugs to cope with the pain.
He named his youngest daughter after his sister to honor her. A woman passed him with her dog. She ask him to move out, because it's haunted. A horrible event took placed in that house many years ago. Adam doesn't believe her.
Pretty soon, Max starts hearing child laughter and a lullaby at night. She tells it to her dad, but Adam says she has to stop watching horror movies. But what they don't know is that the woman was right. The house is possessed by evil spirits. The story threatens to be retold if they're not careful. But when Adam finds out a dark secret, it's already too late.
