A/N: I know there is a Scarlet in the game already but Scarlet has always been one of the names I use for my OCs. This is not a Scarlet from the game story.
As early as she can remember, Scarlet was privileged, her parents worked in a high position for Shinra Electric company and a sense of nobility followed. Having been promised to Rufus, Scarlet spent most of her days being followed and watched over by both the Turks and members of SOLDIER.
Having meet Sephiroth on several occasions, the two became quite close but things began to fall apart when it was time for her engagement.
Running away to avoid any unwanted marriage, Scarlet left it all behind just after Sephiroth's disappearance. She found a new life in Wall Market at Madam M's message parlor but now the Turks have found her and Rufus has made it clear that he wants her back.
