Arlen was a normal girl with a normal life.

The robot's name was Rennie.
Rennie loved Arlen.
But how can a robot love a human?
Rennie, even without a soul or emotions, thought he knew what feelings were.
As Rennie continues to learn and question these strange things, Arlen puts a special chip into his hard drive.
Almost magically, he can really experience emotions.
Even with no tear-ducts, Rennie can now cry.
Even with no vocal chords, Rennie can now laugh.
Will these newfound feelings be good for Arlen and Rennie, or will they break them apart?

Can you fall in love with a girl who is just as confused by 3D humans as you are by 2D humans? And can she fall in love with you despite being terrified of men?
