What happens when a teenage girl is a witness to some very bad things and doesn't say anything until she meets the firefighters of house 51. When the intelligence unit of district 21, Chicago med doctors, and firehouse 51 firefighters & paramedics change Phoebe's life forever, and she changes theirs for the better. What will happen to Phoebe and her now Chicago family?
