There is world where people can be revived, but they have their heads replaced with objects they held near and dear. Unfortunately this "second chance" can only be accessible to the upper class. And the less fortunate are left either with a dead loved one, or overwhelming medical bills. People often turn to large gangs to help them pay off this debt..
