Everything Gets Better
Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day.
