The Shadow

Centuries after the collapse of humanity, Guardians born of mystical light from a mysterious and ancient behemoth known as the Traveler, a white orb of immense size hovering over the Last City, roam the galaxy to fight back the darkness that once brought us to near extinction. Resurrected without memory of their former lives, they have never been bound by authority, and even when those that formed a vanguard to lead others and protect the Last City, there are those who were still exiled or hated. Although these Guardians were born of 'light', who's to say if its power can be used for good or evil? How far is one willing to stray from this path?

A lone wolf guardian makes a terrible discovery that leads him on to truth of an infamous soldier and the path he walked. A path of double sided stories, growing paranormal delusions, manipulation, and dark powers. Will he ever be the same again?
