Chrysanthemum : sometimes called "mums" or "chrysanths" are native to the East Asia and Northeastern Europe. Most species originated from East Asia and the center of diversity is in China. With a wide variety of colours, the chrysanthemum shows off different meanings and symbols according to their particular color.

White Chrysanthemum : In general, symbolizes 'happiness', 'joy', 'love', 'longevity' but the meaning differs from time to time, from place to place. When East Asian uses the flower on joyous occasions, Europe countries as well as some parts in China associate the flower with funerals; meaning that you should think twice before you gift someone a White Chrysanthemum.
