The country is ruled by a moarch. Nobody dares to defy him. Nobody is spared not children , not women. In this cruel world there is no winning wepons like guns and bombs are only available to the goverment and even knifes when used for anything but food are considered illigal possesions. Every body wants to get rid of the monarch but a rebellion can't be lead without wepons. And none of the common public know how to make wepons, that is..... execpt for them. The 3 of them stay in a specialised prison only built for the 3 of them. The door to the prison hasn't been opened in 10 years. They are tourchered everyday but somewhere along the line they stopped feeling the pain. Or rather......they forgot how to feel anything. Nobody in the country knows their crime or what they did 10 years ago. They were just emotionless dolls waiting for their own death for 10 years. Wars are not something out of the ordinary, are they? We hear about them every day. But for the people that live them, it is more than a punishment from the gods. It is a never-ending agony which the victims have to fight in order to survive. They fight to honour the fallen ones, to protect what they cherish the most, to make their stories heard. They fight for their glory which was lost alongside the people they once knew. They fight for a better future, one without conflicts, one with the freedom they wish to have. But even so, they try to live simple lives in the end, no matter what happens in the meantime. "But can you truly call it living if you cannot sense your freedom, if you cannot wander the streets of your own city without the fear of one day being discovered and killed because of the way you are born? Because of your gift from the gods? Maybe... But it is for us to see what future planned for its people." The first part of the story "Glory in War" focuses on getting to know the world of a corrupted society, in which one race is put to hide in the shadows in order to survive from those that want them dead. We are introduced to a former student of an underground school, N04H, who decides to enter the military forces that protect the convicted race's freedom as a sign of gratitude for their guardians. By doing so, even if the story does not focus on him in particularly, he takes part into making their fate come true, opening the path of a new beginning. As for what there is to come, let's say the gods have already written their story.

1,000 years ago, there was a great war between all the countries and nobody, not even the citizens of said country could be trusted. It was the cruelest of all the wars and you could even say that because of it everything was lost to each's arrogance. Out from the rubble of the devastation one person came forward and with their words brought together 9 people. As a collective, they were the light during such dark times and with their knowledge in multiple fields they were able to make a new standing government, one that united the people. It consisted of the ruler known as The Divine, The Counselor of Security, The Counselor of Agriculture, The Counselor of Technology, The Counselor of Education, The Counselor of History, The Counselor of Ecology, The Counselor of Health, The Counselor of Religion, and The Counselor of Economy. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!
