Persephone Aclemene lives in Narnia known throughout the land as one of the most gifted and courageous warriors. She values her family, which she considers to be all Narnians and never lets any arrogant male knight try to teach her how to fight. Growing up in Narnia was the best childhood anyone could ask, and learning to fight (among other skills) was more important than dresses and crochets (although she's never opposed to a good gown). She heard amazing stories of the Kings and Queens of Old and Aslan...until the Telmarines. Once they began taking over Narnia, she and her fellows Narnians had to retreat to the woods to survive, coming out of it Persephone was stronger. Now she has put her faith in this Prince Caspian as well as the Kings and Queens of Old. They were nothing like Persephone expected - any of them. But to save those she loves, she has to trust them.
Even if it costs her, her life.
