Poor Palestine. A place where the government are so corrupt they would kill an unborn baby. This story is about a young boy struggling in Palestine and you can understand how desensitised he is. The closest thing to a friend he has is a rat. His entire world is nothing like what we have , but his endurance and gratitude gets him through each day. 
It is a short piece of prose but if you would like a novel , I can work on it.
