Amethyst is a girl who just wants to be left alone. Thanks to her best/only friend's abusive nature, she's lost confidence in herself. Her adoptive parents are supportive, but with her mom fresh out of a car accident, she's left with only on thought in her mind:

        It doesn't take long until the whole thing goes wrong and she is submerged into a world of magic and love that she has never known. She discovers things about herself that she never would've dared hoped for previously. Ami's life changes, whether for better or for worse, when she discovers that she's a lot more important than she thought. But can she handle the pressure of the world on her shoulders?
