Richardson's School for Sports and the Arts, a boarding school famous for turning out the most elegant and breathtaking ballerinas ready for contracts, and vicious, strategic martial artists who often make it into the finals of any international competition. But behind the prestigious exterior and shiny plaques of honor hides a festering rivalry that boils within the students. The Trainees of the Martial Arts aspire to bring home two trophies for every award the Dancers get, and the latter equally competitive as well. Enter Avery Lim, she’s one of the famed soloists from the Dancers, and she’s just two years from graduating and making her big debut into the world’s art scene. She has a little secret, one no one should know about. For behind her make-up and costumes, she is Sentenial, one of the few top female fighters who compete in the school’s underground fighting ring. Everything’s going fine and as it should be, until Avery wins the finals of the fighting ring for the first time ever.
James Loyer is sore and angry at being defeated by a girl, and losing the championship title for the first time in ages, breaking his winning streak. Smarting and vengeful, James seeks to uncover who the mysterious Sentenial really is- And get back at her, somehow. How far or how close can he get to the truth before he discovers her secret?
