Willow West(The niece of the Flash) was a normal girl until it happened, her powers(which were triggered by stress) happened and were broadcasted all over the net at age 13. The Flash(Barry Allen) feared for her life and social safety, did the only thing he knew how and that was to teach her how to control her powers.
Being a teenager and a superhero is tough, throw in the fact that you are both is even harder.
The worse part is when she met Speedy, and didn't hit it off right away. She also is forced to join the Young Justice, with other superheros her age. Like High School, she didn't fit in there also. So what is a girl to do?

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero.
