This is the remake of I AM.

At a young age Jackson Miles lost his family at the stroke of midnight as well as his memory. Two years later he is adopted by a new family, the Narukamis. Him and his stepbrother Yu Narukami are sent to live in a quiet town called Inaba with their Uncle and cousin for a year. After their arrival the town becomes a murder mystery and the one of brothers begins to slowly recover their memory, as the two brothers and their allies hunt for the killer.
