On the same night, on a separate planet Rachel Roth, known as Raven on Earth and to the superhero community is struck by nightmares of Damian's life. She vows to find the boy she dreamed of and save him from darkness that she knows all too well. Damian promised something too, to murder everyone that was employed to massacre his family and his home. Time skip ten years in the future and Raven is a member of the teen titans, ward of Clark Kent/ superman while Damian is the world's most effective and dangerous assassin. When the two meet will Raven remember her promise to bring back the boy who lost too much? Will Damian let her in? Or is Damian too far gone? Throw in the batfamily for dramatic effect and we have a right riot on our hands. Let's see how that works out. Disclaimer: none of the characters belong to me, obviously they r owned by DC comics. Why the World Needs Damirae (Damian x Raven)
I decided to write this explaining why this ship between the characters of Damian Wayne/Robin and Rachel Roth/Raven needs to happen. This is the only time I've ever truly cared that a ship has to take place to write something about it. I mean we all have our characters that we want to see paired up. But, with this particular ship we have a slim chance that it might not fully take place. (Even though I think it will based on all that's been set up, because if they didn't that'd be really stupid). I also want to make this clear from the get go before I'm bombarded with comments that I don't hate BBRAE shippers I may not like the pairing but I respect other people's viewpoints. Now, that we got that out of the way I'm going to go ahead and list all the reasons why this ship NEEDS to happen. Update: It is official and it is beautiful.

Both of them have suffered and struggled numerous times with the hard training they have done. That all changes when Ra's Al Ghul dies. Taliah decides to take both of them to the mysterious Gotham City where the home of the fabled Batman lives. Isabelle has to take care of her brother now that they're alone with a stranger and in one of the most dangerous places. Isabelle feels like she's out of place in this whole situation. That is until one night, she unexpectedly encountered Nightwing. After a while, they both bonded over shared experiences that bring them close together and form a unique bond.
