For Raven Cross, life has not been easy. She has experienced her fair share of tragedies and is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, that feeling is short lived when a mysterious stranger arrives at her doorstep determined to take her away. As an Artem Hunter, Cyrus is relentless and well known for his skills to keep order of the celestial bloodlines that exist in the world. At all costs, he must protect the human souls. When bound to accept his next task, he reluctantly concedes. Deliver the human girl home before her twenty first birthday and be done with her. Easier said than done, especially when events don't go according to plan and a battle of wits ensnares them both. Together, the unruly pair will journey to discover dark secrets that will alter their lives forever and bury them deeper into a labyrinth of treachery and lies. © January 2019 Remnant by Gwen Jean All Rights Reserved
