An adaptation of the classic Little Red Riding Hood that twists and darkens the original tale.
This explores the years of Red Riding Hoods mother and grandmother, and their abusive husband, uncle and step father, Jonathon.
The relationship between Jenny (Little Blue's mother) and Jonathon is toxic and abusive, but Jenny isn't aware of what's going on between 5 year old Bluebell and Jonathon.
What's going on? Can somebody, even you- the reader, figure it out? Can Jenny save her daughter?
This story is written to promote awareness for parents in regards to their kids, because sometimes they can be ignorant, through no fault of their own.

The Wolf and Red
As we all know how the famous classic fairy-tale goes of Little Red Riding Hood, this tale is slightly different. The family of Red Riding Hood play a small role and not much of them is heard of again. Especially the poor grandmother. But in this story not all is what they seem as for this fairy-tale there is so much more. One day her mother sends her to visit her sick grandmother where a big wolf stops in her path to warn her of the danger she is about to face. Can Red trust the wolf? It's only her grandmother how can she be in any danger? What is she meant to face after talking to a stranger?

In the small village of Lupine, they fear the full moon. For lurking in the shadows of the dense forest surrounding them are wolves. Time and time again they have come and attacked the village with a vengeance. However, things are about to change now that the Huntsmen have arrived. Jack has lived in Lupine long enough and like his Granny, he's a free spirit. He doesn't want to live in a cage. So, he plans to join the Huntsmen in order to get out and find her. In addition to weaponry to defend themselves, the people would don enchanted clothing that would protect them from the wolves. Phoenix is a young girl who grew up without a mother, who was killed by wolves when Phoenix was only a toddler. She was given an enchanted crimson cape to wear whenever she left. the house. One year, during a very frightening encounter with a wolf, her cape is ripped and the magic leaves the garment forever. In order to re-enchant the cape, Phoenix must provide a sample of the blood of the thing she fears the most.
