It's a pirate's life for dear Annabeth, her family murdered at sea right before her eyes. Annabeth, left a drift into the sea without a second thought. Her life changed that day, nightmares haunt her even into her thirties. Fifteen years since her parents were killed at sea and their ship was destroyed. Annabeth vowed that she would find those that killed them, one way or another.
So, she set out. She took what was left of the old crew and started a new crew. She started in Tortuga and started the hunt for her parents killers. She had nothing to go on aside from old stories of the pirates that bled from the mouth, oozed black, but were almost untouchable.
However, nothing is untouchable to Annabeth. Nothing is too far for her to reach.

At one time, I used to be a pirate. I used to be as free as the birds that fly over the ocean. I never followed rules or laws or anything like that. Of course, everyone has a code they live by.
