The story starts off with six kids, Kiryuu, Jon, Eugen, Alice, Ren, Felli who were taken by a foundation known as P.C.P  (Peculiar Control Protocol), their objective was to raise an army of peculiars, unnatural humans with hidden abilities only 11 percent of the world could unlock unless the circumstances have been met such as hellish living.

The P.C.P are part of an underworld society working under a formidable oranization known as Holocrimicons who seek to make it an absolute belief that their "God" made unnatural abiilities appear as blessings. Little did they know the kids they kidnapped would be their greatest threat of this timeline.All Rights Reserved

Then there was the war between the remaining humans and those monsters. Naturally the humans won with our aid. Life was fine as we rebuilt the world until the day of our betrayal. The new government formed by the humans banished us from this world and we were hunted down. The last surviving members of the Primrose bloodline were two siblings. A Boy named Dakota Isaragi Primrose and his sister formed a group known as L.U.N.A. An Organization dedicated to those who have been born with the cursed bloodlines to find solace. The government attacked the organization but to save his brethren Dakota struck a deal with the Government to spar the lives of the members of the organization if he turned himself over to the government. Sadly, he was also betrayed. His brethren slain and his memory wiped the government believed they'd won but, the battles only just begun.
