Welcome to Seabrook, the town that likes to keep everything picture perfect. That's why they hid the hoard of man-eating zombies behind a wall fifty years ago. So Seabrook citizens could go back to their perfectly average lives. Eighteen years ago, the first (and last) zombie-human hybrid was born. His name is Zack Collins, and this story is not about him. It's about his half sister, Daphne. Daphne Collins always tried to fit into the perfect mold Seabrook set out for her. Perfect daughter, perfect friend, perfect student. She lives in the shadow of her mother, Melissa, and her best friend, Addison. And Daphne likes it that way. But Seabrook high school is letting zombies start attending human school, and Daphne is starting to realize that maybe there's a reason she never fit in in this town.
