Another Forbidden Love Story

I still remember the first time I saw him.

From across the room.

There weren't many like him. He was either smiling or completely straight-faced. Laughing and playing around one minute, quiet and impossible to read the next. There was something about him-something carefree, curious, and mysterious all at once.

And then I saw his eyes.

Ocean blue.

I was curious about him long before he ever knew my name.

Years passed. Relationships came and went. Hearts were broken. Somehow, we kept finding our way back into the same rooms, the same friend group, and eventually, the same friendship.

The problem?

The timing was never right.

So what happens when you fall for your best friend's best friend?
