we both love the outsiders and johnnyboy so why not write oneshots about them?!
the au we're going to mostly be using is that they're living in our time (still the same setting).
here's some details about it:
• ages: darry - 23, soda - 19, pony - 17, johnny - 16, dally - 20, steve - 20, two-bit - 21 and a half. (we upped everyone's ages by 3 except johnny, because we originally upped pony's by 3. so we made it fair)
• dally lives alone with his two puppers :') their names are booper (a sheltie + corgi mix) and waffle (a dachshund)! (he's a college drop out, but has a paying job)
• darry is a college graduate and has a job that he loves. soda, steve, and two bit are still in college and are living with their families.
• pony and johnny are, of course, in high school.
• everyone's families are the same. (except maybe the fact that their parents are willing to pay for school. idk if they don't in the book)
• everyone's personalities are the same. (we're sorry if we don't do their personalities exactly correct)
• we may do aus in aus! which basically means we might do something like, cafe aus but we'll still use the facts from the modern au we have here!

the book is now finished. with schoolwork being stressful, personal problems, and me and p.j. becoming more distant (heck they don't even use wattpad anymore), neither of us have much time or motivation to continue. we're sorry, and we hope you enjoyed the book while it lasted.
