Dabi X Reader X Hawks COMPLETED Like Hawks, you were raised by the Commission to be the perfect weapon. Unlike Hawks, you didn't have the title of beloved hero to go along with it. What you were, though, was the perfect double-agent to infiltrate the League of Villains.
