His words were comforting. And that's what she needed. After all the back to back bad incidents in her past, she felt every person like threat. But here she was in a hold of a man but didn't find any negative aura from him. She felt safe with him. His touch was soothing and she liked it.
Slowly she placed her hand on his which was cupping her face. Nobody is breaking the eye contact. And suddenly her eyes went wide and her hold on his hand tightened.
"What's wrong?" Jungkook asked worriedly on her sudden change of expression. And she slightly smiled and withdrew his hands from her cheeks and took his hand to her lower abdomen by slightly brushing the back of his hand on her clothed tender breast unintentionally.
"I-I felt the first quickening!" she answered him with a smile on her face but he made a confusing face but still smiled looking at her happy face. "Quickening?" he asked her.
"I felt the baby move for the first time..!" her joyful reply bought a natural bunny smile on Jungkook's face. "Really?" he slowly and gently pressed his hands on her lower abdomen to feel any sensation but didn't get any in return so he gazed at her and shook his head slightly , saying he didn't. He still kept his hand on her small round belly and asked " What it feels like?" he asked the question like an amused cute little kid.
"Hmm it felt like flutters, or a light tickle or most probably felt like a little tap in my lower abdomen but it was painless."she bit her lower lip and giggled like a happy kid with red nose and puffy eyes. But she still looked beautiful to him.
