I wrote the things you'll never say out loud, the scars you keep pretending don't exist. You can lie to yourself. You can lie to them. You can even lie to the life you keep running back to. But the truth doesn't change, it's carved into every poem on these pages. This is for anyone who's been broken by someone they trusted and left carrying the silence alone. These pages hold the weight of betrayal, the ache of what was never said, and the strength I clawed back by putting it into words. Every poem is proof of what happened. Every poem is your fault. Salt & Honey is a collection of poems about the beauty and ache of being human. Through themes of love, loss, healing, and hope, each piece blends the sting of salt with the sweetness of honey, capturing life's bittersweet moments and the strength found within them. Inspired by my great-grandma, a woman who always saw the positive side of everything, strong as a rock, ready to forgive, always giving. Thank you for everything! We'll meet in between words and say bye with the sunset.

တစ်ရံ ရောအခါ၀ယ် အလွန်လှပသော တိုင်းပြည်လေး တစ်ခုရှိခဲ့၏။ ထိုတိုင်းပြည်ကို ပန်းတိုင်းပြည်ဟု ခေါ်ဝေါ်ကြသည်။ ပန်းဆိုသော အမည် နှင့်လိုက်အောင် ပန်းတိုင်းပြည် စစ်သူကြီးတွင် ပန်းသစ္စာ ၊ပန်းမေတ္တာ ၊ပန်းကရုဏာ ဆိုသော သမီးတော် သုံးပါး ရှိသည်။ သမီးတော် သုံးပါးစလုံးမှာ အလွန်လှပသလိုတမူထူးသော အရည်ချင်း ကိုယ်စီ ရှိကြ၏။ တိုင်းပြည် အကျိုးကို ဆောင်ရွက်လိုစိတ်ရှိကြသည်။ မိမိတိုင်းပြည် အတွက် အသက်ကိုပင် ပဓနာမထားချစ်ရသူကိုပင် စွန့်၍ ပိုးတိုင်းပြည်၏ မိဖုရား အဖြစ်အမူထမ်းသူ ပန်းသစ္စာ။

နင့်ကို virgin ဖြစ်မယ်လို့ ငါမထင်ခဲ့ဘူးသိလား၊နင့် ကောင်မလေးထပ် အရင်နင်နဲ့ အတူ နေဖြစ်မိတာကိုတော့ ငါကျေနပ်မိရမှာပဲ။တစ်ခုတော့ ပြောမယ်၊ငါတို့ ဒီကိစ္စကို လုပ်တဲ့အချိန်နင့်ဘက်က သူ့ကို စိတ်ထဲ ထုတ်ထားပြီး ငါ့အကြောင်းပဲ တွေးရမယ်။ငါ့ကို .... လို့ နင့်ကို ခေါ်စေချင်တယ်၊အဆင်ပြေတယ်မလား။
