A second chance

When 17 year old Drake wakes up in the middle of a busy street in the Shibuya district of Tokyo (where he had recently moved to from America) he finds a pin with a skull on it and a strange message on his phone. A timer suddenly appears on his hand counting down from an hour. With this Drake has entered the Reaper's Game an opportunity for those who have died to get a second chance at life. No one from the outside world can see or hear him, so why is it that a set of eyes from the ever busy crowd keep following him?
