After shooting Chucky, Andy (Alex Vincent) buries Chucky in his backyard. The next day, Andy goes and stays with his mother, Karen, (Catherine Hicks) over the weekend in a mental hospital and within the next 2 weeks, she can finally go back home. While Andy's gone, Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly) goes and visits her friend Jade (Katherine Heigl) (who lives in the same apartment that Andy lives in) to try to apologize to her about what she did 15 years ago, trying to kill her. Jade, who wasn't expecting Tiffany arrive, gets scared and slams the door in Tiffany's face and calls Jesse (Nick Stabile) while he's at work and tells him what just happened. Jesse ignores Jade and tells her "Tiffany is dead" in a loud demanding voice and hangs up on her. When Tiffany was walking down the hall crying, she hears a familiar voice saying "Hi, I'm Chucky" in a very depressing way. Tiffany gets excited, but scared at the same time, breaks into Andy's apartment and finds Chucky burnt and barely moving
Gwen, desperate to feel something, kills someone. But she quickly learns that one kill is never enough. Can Gwen stop before she turns on her own family?

*****
It was just an experiment. Simply kill one person to see what it felt like. See beauty in the moment of death. See if it filled the void within her. It didn't. Nor did it the next time. Or the next. Gwen is an ordinary person. Wife to Amanda. Mother to Grace and Alexandra. Suddenly, she is no longer ordinary as she finds herself battling her urges and demons before she hurts those closest to her. But is it already too late?
