The Moons are the infamous neighbors. Being the outgoing well mannered girl from Georgia she happily goes over to meet them. But Vivian is not prepared for what hits her at the door and whats even worse they go to school with her. But this is what happens when your the new girl. Carter Moon, Handsome, smart, cocky, arrogant, player, bad boy, older brother the list goes on. Carter is one of the many many many bad boys at L.A high. The only time he's remotely sweet is when he's in a good mood. Is talking to his family, friends, and girlfriend of the night. Carter is a Mr. know-it-all he feels like he knows what he's talking about and who he's dealing with. The only thing Carter didn't know was that his neighbor wasn't something special.
