Winning the Contest of Champions had been Loki's only goal - until he won it. Now he's back home in Asgard with fellow champion Veers of Hala, and maneuvering through his new life has now become his goal. Adjusting to life with Veers while his best friend Gamora spends her days avoiding him leaves his life after victory hollow and empty.

But Loki and Veers' victory sparked a divide in the galaxy and Thanos has charged Loki with a mission to work against those seeking rebellion, forcing him to reforge his alliance with Veers. With Veers struggling to find her past and Loki fighting with his feelings for Gamora, an alliance is something neither want right now, but they have no choice.
