On the 125th Hunger Games to remind the Districts that they decided to betray the Capitol with their allies, the tributes will be reaped by every two Districts. Meaning Districts 1 and 2 will be put in the games together with 6 boys and 6 girls from both Districts and only 2 victors can come from each District one boy and girl, and will compete in the last games of the quarter quell and only one will come out.
