It's been a century and 25 years since the rebellion and the Capitol is still angry. On the 125th Hunger Games to remind the Districts that they decided to betray the Capitol with their allies, the tributes will be reaped by every two Districts. Meaning Districts 1 and 2 will be put in the games together with 6 boys and 6 girls from both Districts and only 2 victors can come from each District one boy and girl, and will compete in the last games of the quarter quell and only one will come out.
