***flashback 3 weeks earlier***

Many emotions crowd my brain at once, but not one is a strength to fight back, I've tried that before and it didn't end well. I lay on the floor dazed due to the blow inflicted on my head, thinking if I played weakling she'd leave me alone; that she'd leave me be.
