Noel Claus is tired of being cooped up in the North Pole and not being able to live a normal teenage life.  She is rebellious and that makes life hard for her father, Santa.  As a last chance to straighten up her act, Noel's parents send her to live with her aunt in California, which is quite a contrast to the North Pole.  Noel has until that Christmas to prove she can change her ways or she can't get her magic back.  Life in California is crazy!
